The Main Aims and Trends of Practical Activities of the Institute
Scientific-Research Work
The area of possible application and developing of the ideas
containing in A. Bogdanov’s scientific legacy is extremely large. They are:
physical phenomena in microcosm, geological processes and evolution of space
objects in inorganic nature; development of biological and ecological systems
of the phenomena taking place on the intracellular level in animate organisms;
study of economic and social processes, development of the new philosophical
directions, laws of markets’ development – this is an incomplete list of possible
trends of investigation.
Publishing Activities
- Republication of fundamental A.Bogdanov’s works (“Empiriomonism”, “Tectology”,
“Faith and Science”, “Collapse of Great Fetishism” etc.).
- Publication of “Tectology” in English abroad and of two-volume edition of
the materials of the conference (1995) compiling in Norvich (Eastern England)
in Russian.
- To organize the issue of A.Bogdanov’s Institute’s own edition.
Distribution and Popularization of A Bogdanov”s Scientific
Legacy
- Establishing together with the Department of RAS of medals and bonuses for
the prominent achievements in scientific research. Carrying out the scientific
conferences, discussions, readings, round tables.
- Conducting of the competition of papers within the schoolchildren and students
and of scientific works within the young scientists.
- Conducting of the competition of high school lecturers in introduction of
A. Bogdanov’s ideas.
Information-Methodological Activities
- Creation of the appropriate banks and databases and providing the access
to them using the modern informational technologies, including Internet.
- Organization of international exchange of scientific editions.
- Regulation and description of A.Bogdanov’s archives, creation of archives’
databases, realization of museum accompaniment of memorial places, concerning
the life of A. Bogdanov.
